Teen Time has been meeting at the Kerrybrook Apartments for three years. We sing, study Bible passages, do book studies, have lots of discussion of life issues according to Biblical perspectives, and of course, we eat. Thanks to Jesse and Mary Mize Hellums we are able to take the teens on a summer retreat each year. We have 10 wonderful students and this is what some of them shared about Teen Time. Tyvon—Pete’s jokes, getting close to God, Teddy the dog, learning about my religion, the food (Tyvon and his brother have not yet been to the retreat) Roman—I feel like this is my home away from home and I’m surrounded by my spiritual brothers and sisters
