Sharing the Gospel with Students February 2020

Homer Schott shares—The Kids Clubs at Kerrybrook Apartments and the SAMM Shelter have been ongoing for almost 4 years and 3 years, respectively.  While the focus at both places is evangelism and discipleship, the children at Kerrybrook are also enjoying the English as a Second Language (ESL) time.  We have seen improvement in some of the children as they are challenged to work on their English each week.  Four of our Kerrybrook 5th graders who have been with us since 2nd grade, will be graduating to Teen Time at the end of this school year.  All are strong believers, a result of our consistency and the Holy Spirit's work.  While the SAMM Shelter children are more mobile, some have been with us over 2 years and most of the children attending are believers.  What a wonderful opportunity for us to evangelize and disciple over the long term; praise God for these opportunities.
