We were blessed with financial gifts to cover a bag of groceries and gift card for every family at Kerrybrook Apartments for Thanksgiving. After lessons on kindness and service, our students were excited to hear that they would be able to participate in packing and delivering the bags of groceries.
We have been busy putting together gifts for the families of our Kids Club and Teen Time students and for the students themselves. After we finished handing out bags of food and gift cards for Thanksgiving we asked the students if they would be willing to act out the nativity at the Christmas celebration party at Kerrybrook Apartments in December. They were excited and immediately volunteered for all the parts. Students will be going door to door with Christmas treat bags before the celebration. We will be serving hot chocolate and cookies, have lots of door prizes for all ages, and sing Christmas carols with a live nativity and narration in English and Spanish including the gospel. Bibles will also be available for anyone who desires one. Thank you for giving and making this a reality for the residents at Kerrybrook. Please pray for the message of salvation to be clear and willingly accepted by those hearing it.

Coats/jackets size 5 to 14/16 for boys and girls are desperately needed. Windbreakers, fleece jackets, and hoodies are needed as well as heavier coats and can be new or gently used. Jackets can be dropped off at the Wayside office weekdays and OWI office Tuesdays or Thursdays through Dec. 10.
